Pizza is a dish of Italian origin consisting of a usually round, flat base of leavenet wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese and often various other ingredients (such as anchovies, mushrooms, onions, olives, pineapple, meat etc.), which is then baked at a high temperature, traditionally in a wood fired oven. A small pizza is sometimes called a pizzeta. A person who makes pizza is known as a pizzaiolo.
In Italy, pizza served in a restaurant is presented unsliced, and is eaten with the use of a knife and fork. In casual settings, however, it is cut into wedges to be eaten while held in the hand.
“Unless you are a pizza, the answer is yes, I can live without you.”

“No matter what happens, pizza will always be there for you, thick and thin, in the crust we trust.”

FANTASMA hmmmmmmm…. Sounds fantastic, sounds delicious hey! Yip we can guarantee you it is, but here’s the real story.
The idea originated at home during family gatherings (pizza days). Each family member chirps in and bring along their selected toppings in order to lower the cost for every one. We always wondered why PIZZA MUST BE SO EXPENSIVE, and thought there must be a way to get this done more cost effectively. With good pizza, good red wine and plenty of brainstorming, FANTASMA PIZZERIA was born. Initially operating as a ghost-style kitchen with everything made authentic and from scratch, were the only way we were able to deliver fantasmalicious food at affordable rates. With your fantastic support over the past year we have grown and have managed to introduce Fantasma into the retail sector and opened our first retail Pizzeria at Sonstraal Ipic Centre.
